Stronger Together: Meet Your New AGC Customer Service Team

At AGC Automotive Europe, our priority has always been to support you with reliable and efficient service. In our journey of continuous improvement, we are thrilled to announce a significant evolution in our customer support: the creation of a centralized European Customer Service Center, now fully operational in Koszalin, Poland.

For the past decade, following the acquisition of Nordglass, our customers have been served by two dedicated teams—one in Cuneo, Italy, for the AGC brand and another in Koszalin for the Nordglass brand. The recent harmonization of our IT and sales order systems has enabled us to take the next logical step. We have now combined the expertise of both teams into a single, integrated customer service team.

This strategic merger is driven by a simple goal: to serve you better. By creating a single point of contact (SPOC) for each customer, we are eliminating complexity and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience, regardless of the product range. Locating our team in Koszalin, close to our main plant, also enhances our internal communication, allowing us to resolve your requests more effectively. This change is designed to offer you a smoother, more responsive experience, and ensure your requests are handled with greater consistency and efficiency.

The new Customer Service Center is composed of experienced specialists, working closely together to support all European Replacement Glass (ARG) customers. By centralizing our operations, we improve coordination, reduce complexity, and ensure that your requests are handled efficiently, with full visibility and accountability.

Katarzyna Regulska – Customer Service Coordinator
Celebrating her 20th anniversary with AGC, Katarzyna thrives on rewarding challenges that have fueled her professional growth. She is known for her empathetic and helpful nature, a value she applies both in the office and beyond. When not supporting clients, she loves exploring the outdoors through hiking and cycling. Her passion for personal development reflects her genuine commitment to understanding people.



 

Małgorzata Kosowska – Customer Service Specialist
Małgorzata is a highly customer-oriented specialist who focuses on delivering simple and fast solutions. She is fluent in English and has some knowledge of German, enhancing her ability to assist diverse clients. Passionate about weather forecasts and natural disasters, she enjoys staying informed about global events. If you're curious about the safety of a travel destination, Małgorzata is happy to share her insights.



 

Katarzyna Binaś – Customer Service Specialist
Katarzyna thrives in fast-paced, multinational environments, finding great satisfaction in providing customer-focused solutions and support. She communicates fluently in English, with additional skills in German and Russian, allowing her to assist a diverse clientele. Outside of work, she loves the energy of live concerts and the excitement of traveling. Her passion for exploring different cultures enriches her interactions with customers across Europe.



 

Sandra Modlińska (Woszczyńska) – Customer Service Specialist
Sandra finds great satisfaction in providing solutions that are perfectly tailored to each client's unique needs. She uses her English skills to ensure every interaction is clear, efficient, and supportive. Outside of work, she is an avid podcast listener who loves to broaden her horizons by cycling and traveling. This passion for discovery enriches her ability to understand and connect with customers from all backgrounds.



 

Mariusz Krzewiński – Customer Service Specialist
Mariusz finds great satisfaction in providing excellent service and seeking new opportunities for major clients. He is dedicated to supporting processes with proactive and effective solutions. An avid reader and cyclist, his true passion lies in the mountains. This drive for overcoming challenges has led him to pursue his ultimate goal: hiking in the Himalayas.

The team is led by Monika Ratajczak, Customer Service Manager, who strongly believes that customer service is about partnership rather than transactions.
