IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR THE END OF A YEAR

Dear Customer,

We are upgrading our SAP system which is the main program currently used for our business operations. The transition to the new system will take place on Monday, 2nd January 2017. We are taking all the necessary measures to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

However, we would like to draw your attention to the following important points:

- All the internal AGC codes will be changed and new codes will be used starting from 2nd January 2017. A file with the link between the old and the new codes will be sent to you at the beginning of November. Please use this file in order to change the codes in your internal databases. The AGC E-business site will also be updated with these codes starting from 2nd of January.

- Starting from Tuesday, 20th December the main warehouse in Cuneo / Mondovi, Italy will be closed for Inventory as every year. Implementation of the new SAP system will start on the 29th December. This means that the last deliveries will be made on Monday, 19th December and will start back on Monday, 2nd January. The AGC E-business site will therefore be closed during the period 19th December- 2nd January to avoid that any orders are made.

Please make sure that you place your end-of-the-year orders far enough in advance to be shipped by 19th December at the very latest.

- Finally, we have an important request: in order to prepare for this transition please slightly increase your end-of-the-year orders in order to secure some stock on your side, to cover your business needs up to Sunday, 8th January. As already mentioned we are doing our best to ensure a successful roll-out, but we want to make sure that your business can continue smoothly!

An additional reminder and further information will be sent in November together with the file for the new codes.
